Systema

Systema is a martial art developed for Soviet special forces, emphasizing instinctive reactivity and adaptation to unforeseen situations. It is not a series of fixed techniques, but rather a set of physical and psychological principles designed to optimize the body's natural movement.

The exercises focus on breathing, muscle relaxation, and breaking free from learned reaction patterns. Systema teaches you to use your opponent's force against yourself, based on principles of balance, flexibility, and fluid movement.

It is ideal for developing body awareness, improving coordination, building physical endurance, and gaining unwavering confidence in your ability to manage stress and confrontation. Systema can be practiced by anyone, regardless of their initial fitness level.
