Boxing
Boxing is much more than a combat sport: it's a complete discipline that forges both body and mind. Our classes are designed for beginners as well as experienced practitioners, offering structured and progressive training.
You will learn the basic techniques (jab, hook, uppercut, dodges, blocks) under the careful supervision of a qualified instructor. Training will include technical work on the heavy bag, physical conditioning exercises (cardio, strength training), and footwork drills to improve your mobility and agility.
Boxing develops cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, coordination, reflexes, and concentration. It also fosters discipline, respect for oneself and others, and confidence in one's abilities. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, with an emphasis on personal development. We place great importance on safety and adherence to the rules.
