Barre

The Barre (or Ballet Bar) class is a complete workout inspired by classical dance techniques to tone, refine, and strengthen the entire body. It uses a barre to help maintain balance, improve posture, and work muscles gently yet effectively.

The exercises specifically target the legs (quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings), core (abs, back), and arms, with a particular emphasis on precise muscle strengthening and stretching of the deep core muscles. Barre is excellent for improving posture, developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
