A former teacher turned yoga instructor, I received my certification in 2020, a time when yoga helped me through a difficult period and reconnect with myself.
Since then, I've been teaching Vinyasa for three years, offering classes that are both dynamic and calming, with the intention of creating a safe space where everyone can move, breathe, and feel stronger in their body.
After becoming a mother, I also began sharing yoga with young children. For me, yoga is an invitation to connection, curiosity, non-judgmental movement, and feeling at home in your body—at any age.
I speak four languages and primarily teach in English, though I can easily adapt to French. Off the mat, you'll find me cooking, discovering new flavors, enjoying summer by the lake or sea, and sharing beautiful moments with my loved ones.
